A well surrounded by roses and blooming flowers, a sickly sweet smell wafts in the breeze. The well is 30ft deep, falling into gloom. Lowering down the bucket that hangs from a rope yields no water when raised up.
30ft Deep: Dirty knee-deep water collects at the bottom of the well. Tendrils of corruption snake just up the rough stone wall like vines. To climb out of the well requires a DC 12 Athletics or acrobatics check. Failing results in climbing out of the well taking half a day to climb out and gaining a point of corruption.
If the hero's are captured or killed they are thrown down the well. The well's corruption will raise the creature from the dead. A creature raised in this way has their type changed to undead and takes two points of corruption.
